Shipping policy

1. All orders are shipped out from the United Kingdom will be shipped out 3-5 days after order confirmation. In the event that our inventory is sold out, customers will be updated with a dispatch date.
2. “Standard Shipping” domestic orders will be shipped using Royal Mail and delivered within 3-5 working days after the 5-7 day processing window. “Express Shipping” domestic packages will be shipped using Royal Mail and delivered the next working day after the 5-7 day processing window. 
   If an item is marked as a “pre-order” or the inventory is sold out you will receive a dispatch date after placing your order. 
3. After an order is shipped out, we cannot change the delivery address or order details.
4. If a delivery dress is incorrectly inputted we cannot contact the courier to amend it. 
   Tracking numbers are sent as soon as orders are dispatched. 

 International shipping

1. International orders are shipped from the UK using DHL. In the event that another courier is used you will be notified. 
   “Standard Shipping and Express Shipping”  time frames are dependent on the recipients address however in the event that you choose “Express Shipping” we will use the fastest available shipping method. 
2. Once your package has been dispatched you are responsible for customs/import charges if there are any applied by your local customs agency. When placing an order you are considered the importer of record therefore you need to comply with the laws and regulations of your customs and import agency. We will not accept liability if you break the law.
